Lovingly known as The Pink House on Pearl, this Kappa Alpha Theta renovation was a full-circle project for Nicole, a proud alumna. Working within a fundraising budget, she reimagined the sorority house with renewed purpose and personality. From an expanded study hall to  signature design details that balance nostalgia with grace, this space was created to honor the past and inspire future generations of sisterhood to come.
